These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lyrical mobile application ("Lyrical" or the "App"), the lyricalmusic.app website (the "Website"), and related services provided by APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using Lyrical or the Website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Lyrical or the Website.
Lyrical is a music companion application designed to display synchronized and karaoke-style lyrics while you listen to music. Depending on your device, connected music service, song, subscription, and feature availability, Lyrical may provide functionality including:

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lyrical.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use Lyrical only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe Lyrical or its supporting services are being abused.
Lyrical integrates with third-party music services, including Apple Music and Spotify. Use of Apple Music functionality is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions. Use of Spotify functionality is also subject to Spotify's applicable terms and conditions. Lyrical may access track and playback information necessary to identify the music you are playing, synchronize lyrics, provide playback-related functionality, and operate related features. We do not control Apple Music, Spotify, or their catalogues and cannot guarantee that every Lyrical feature will work with every account, track, device, or region.
Lyrical uses third-party lyrics providers, including Musixmatch, to identify songs and retrieve lyrics and synchronization information.
We do not claim ownership of lyrics, album artwork, song titles, artist names, recordings, or other third-party music content displayed through Lyrical.
Lyrics and other third-party content remain subject to the rights of their respective authors, publishers, artists, labels, licensors, and other rights holders.
Availability of lyrics varies by song, recording, territory, provider, and rights restrictions.

Lyrical may choose not to display certain types of lyrics or results where they are not suitable for a particular feature.
We aim to provide an accurate synchronized lyrics experience, but lyric text, timing, translations, romanization, metadata, and synchronization information may be supplied by third-party services. We therefore cannot guarantee that:
Different recordings of the same song, including live versions, remasters, edits, remixes, regional versions, and alternate releases, may have different timing or content.
Lyrical may use available metadata and technical matching methods to identify the appropriate lyrics, but occasional mismatches or inaccurate synchronization may occur.
Lyrical may provide a lyrics-search feature that allows users to search for songs, artists, albums, or other music metadata.
Search results depend on third-party music and lyrics services and may vary over time.
A result appearing in Lyrical does not guarantee permanent availability on a particular music service or in a particular country.
Search functionality may be subject to technical limits, rate limits, provider restrictions, or other usage controls necessary to maintain the availability and reliability of the service.
Lyrical may provide lyrics or playback-related information through supported Apple system features, including Live Activities, the Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, widgets, and CarPlay.
The behavior and availability of these features depend partly on Apple's operating systems, device capabilities, background-execution policies, notification services, CarPlay implementation, and other system behavior outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted background updates or continuous availability of any system-level integration.
Lyrical may offer free and paid features, subscriptions, introductory offers, trials, or one-time purchases.
Purchases made through the iOS App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
We do not directly process or store your payment-card information.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, introductory offers, and renewal information are displayed before purchase in the App Store purchase interface.
Unless otherwise stated by Apple or required by applicable law, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are generally handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
Lyrical uses RevenueCat to help determine subscription and entitlement status.
Lyrical may make certain features available without payment and may apply usage limits to free access.
Free limits, premium features, and subscription benefits may change over time.
We may modify reasonable usage limits, feature availability, or subscription offerings as the App develops, subject to applicable law and any commitments associated with an active purchase.
Lyrical depends on third-party platforms and services, including services provided by Apple, Spotify, Musixmatch, RevenueCat, PostHog, TikTok, and infrastructure providers. We do not control these third-party services. A third-party service may:
Lyrical functionality may therefore occasionally be interrupted, delayed, restricted, degraded, or unavailable because of circumstances involving a third-party service.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
References to third-party products, services, trademarks, or companies do not imply ownership by or affiliation with Lyrical except where expressly stated.
Lyrical may provide music-recognition functionality using Apple technologies or other supported services.
Music recognition is provided as a convenience and may not identify every song correctly or at all.
Recognition results can depend on factors including audio quality, background noise, recording version, network connectivity, catalogue availability, and third-party service availability.
The Lyrical application, Website, branding, visual design, software, original graphics, interfaces, features, and other original material created by us are owned by or licensed to APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Lyrical or any of our intellectual property to you.
Third-party music content displayed through Lyrical, including lyrics, song titles, artist names, album artwork, recordings, trademarks, and related metadata, remains the property of or is licensed by the applicable rights holders and providers.
Lyrical's display of third-party content does not grant you any ownership or redistribution rights in that content.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from content accessed through Lyrical except where permitted by applicable law or by the relevant rights holder.
We respect intellectual property rights.
If you believe content made available through Lyrical infringes rights you own or represent, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the content and explain your concern.
Where appropriate, we may investigate, restrict access to, or remove affected functionality or content, including by working with the relevant third-party provider.

We aim to keep Lyrical available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that the App, Website, or any particular feature will always be available. We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or restrict features where reasonably necessary, including because of:
Updates to Lyrical may be required to continue using some features.
We are not responsible for loss of access to functionality caused by a third-party provider discontinuing or materially changing a service on which a feature depends.
Some Lyrical functionality requires a compatible Apple device, supported operating system, internet connection, and access to supported third-party services.
You are responsible for your device, internet connection, mobile-data charges, music-service subscriptions, Apple account, and other services required to use Lyrical.
Performance may vary based on network conditions, device capabilities, operating-system behavior, and third-party service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyrical and the Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use Lyrical or the Website. This includes, where permitted by law, loss arising from:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Lyrical, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer law.
You may stop using Lyrical at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Lyrical or particular features where reasonably necessary because of:
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, applicable law may give you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving a reason, unless you have expressly consented to immediate access to that content and acknowledged that you lose this withdrawal right once performance begins.
Where you make a purchase through the Apple App Store, Apple's own purchase flow may present this consent and acknowledgment to you directly, and Apple's refund and cancellation policies may also apply to your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence, including any right to a remedy for digital content that is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
Your use of Lyrical is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, processed, and shared in connection with the App and related services.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Lyrical, third-party services, legal requirements, business practices, or other operational needs.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially different terms take effect.
Your continued use of Lyrical after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We encourage you to contact us first if you have a concern regarding Lyrical so that we can attempt to resolve it informally.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Lyrical will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction, this section does not remove that right.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you in connection with a specific Lyrical feature or purchase, constitute the agreement between you and APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD. regarding your use of Lyrical and the Website.
