Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lyrical (the "App") or lyricalmusic.app (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

About Lyrical

Lyrical is a real-time lyrics display application that shows synchronised, karaoke-style lyrics on your iPhone, Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, widgets, and CarPlay. It connects to Apple Music and Spotify to identify your currently playing track and fetch matching lyrics.

Use of Services

Lyrical is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application
• Distribute or resell the app or any part of it without written permission
• Interfere with the operation of our push notification infrastructure or servers

Intellectual Property

The Lyrical app, its code, UI design, branding, and original content are owned by APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We make no claim of ownership over any lyrics content displayed in the app. Lyrics are sourced from LRCLIB, a user-contributed open database, and remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Music Service Integrations

Use of Apple Music features within Lyrical is subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Use of Spotify features is subject to Spotify's Terms of Service. Lyrical accesses these services only to read your currently playing track for lyrics display purposes.

Subscriptions and Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All billing is handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. Lyrical does not process or store payment information.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lyrical. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental permission.

Disclaimer

Lyrical is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Lyrics accuracy depends on the LRCLIB community database and may not always be complete or correct.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lyrical or its services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Lyrical after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
